Initiation
Winter-Spring 2018
The Initiation phase includes activities such as Location Selection and Procurement, Development of Project Scope, Facilities Assessment, and Feasibility Studies.
Concept and design
Summer 2018
The Concept and Design phase includes activities such as Planning & Architectural Programming, development of Site Plan and Schematic Plans, and Village Presentations and Approvals.
Construction & Planning
Spring 2019
The Construction Planning phase includes activities such as the development of Working Drawings/Plans, Architectural Plans, Structural Plans, Engineering Plans, and any Adjustments needed for Village Approvals. This phase also includes the Bidding Process and obtaining all necessary Permits.
Construction
Summer 2019
During the Construction phase, the selected builder will begin construction on the project, continuing on exteriors and interiors through to completion.
